Around the Town is a 5-reel Cat C slot built around a night out, played on 10 win lines with stakes of 25p to £1 and a £100 jackpot. As our guide to slot machine categories explains, £1 and £100 are the maximum stake and prize for Category C. The game’s main event is the Board Feature, where dice rolls move you around a board of prizes.
Base Game
Landing 3 or more Bonus symbols in a single spin awards the Board Feature. Three Pint glasses sit above the reels, and at random they can fill up to award the Board Feature as well.

Power Play
Power Play is available on all stakes. Any win of 2.5x the stake activates the Power Play reel, which can multiply the win by x1, x2 or x3 or award up to 10 rolls on the Board Feature.
Board Feature
The feature moves to a separate game board with 2 dice. Each roll moves you that number of spaces around the board.
A Lucky Double is selected at the start, and landing on it wins a random Cash Pot prize. Taxis collected along the way go towards the Taxi Trail, where 4 Taxis award a Cash Pot prize.
Cash spaces pay an instant prize and then upgrade, so landing on them again is worth more. Extra rolls can also be won on the board.
Each pass of Hit the Town adds value to the Tips Pot, and landing on the Tips Pot space collects the total built up. The feature continues until all rolls are used or the jackpot is won.
Feature Resume
If the jackpot is won during the Board Feature, 2 Pint glasses appear, one revealing Stop and the other Carry On. Carry On takes you back into the feature, while Stop returns you to the base game.
Gamble
The Gamble can be enabled on all wins, only on wins of 5x the stake or more, or switched off. It presents 2 dials, offering either an increased cash prize or 8 free rolls.
Overall
Bonus symbols, the Pint glasses, Power Play and the Gamble can all lead to the board. Once there, the Cash spaces and the Tips Pot reward repeat visits, while the Taxi Trail and the Lucky Double are the two routes to a Cash Pot prize.
