Dear Santa is a Red Tiger Christmas slot built around letters to Santa. It came out on 4 December 2024 and plays on 5 reels and 3 rows with 25 paylines.
The RTP is 96.76% and the top prize is 3,580x your bet. If you like festive games with Santa in the lead role, you might also enjoy Le Santa.
Snow White Wild
The Snow White Wild lands on reel 1 in both the base game and free spins. It comes with a random multiplier of 2x, 3x, 5x or 10x, which applies to every line win it is part of.
Santa Wild
In the base game, the Santa Wild can land on reels 2, 3 and 4. When it is part of a win, it expands to cover the whole reel.
Christmas Letters
Christmas Letters only land on the last reel. Each one is stored in the mailbox above that reel, and they are used in the free spins.

Free Spins
Three scatters on reels 2, 3 and 4 award 10 free spins. You can also get there by collecting 60 or more Christmas Letters in the mailbox. Scatters don’t land during the round, so there are no retriggers.
At the start, a Santa Wild is placed on the middle reel and stays there for the whole round, and no other Santa Wilds land. For each letter you have collected, Santa throws Christmas Present Wilds onto reels 2 and/or 4, with up to 6 of them per spin. Any letters left in the mailbox after the round carry over to the base game.
Bonus Buy
The game also has a bonus buy, but it isn’t available to UK players.
Overall
Dear Santa is a simple Christmas slot with a clear goal. Collecting letters in the base game gives every spin a purpose, and a full mailbox can make the free spins much stronger.
