Halloween Jack slot is a new game from Netent in time for Halloween. As you’d expect, there’s a spooky theme and some nice little features that tie in well with the Halloween holiday.
Speaking of the design, Halloween Jack slot is actually pretty basic in that there aren’t a tonne of animations going on, but it looks impressive nonetheless. There’s a lot of detail in both the characters and the backdrop, and the overall vibe is definitely creepy. The features in the game work well with this, with special Wild symbols of a creepy design like Pumpkins and even the Grim Reaper. The basic setup is just a 5×3 grid with 20 paylines. Your job is to spin the reels to try and get a winning combination from left to right using the following base symbols which are ranked in ascending order based on their value:
- 10 (lowest value)
- Jack
- Queen or King
- Ace
- Horseshoe
- Raven or Bat
- Horse
- Woman (highest value)
Halloween Jack Slot Bonuses and Features
Walking Wild. As with most slots, Halloween Jack slot features a Wild symbol (in fact, it features many as I’ll explain shortly) in the form of a Pumpkin. Whenever this symbol appears on the reels, you’ll be awarded with a re-spins and all the Wild symbols will move one of the left. This will continue until all Wild symbols have moved off of the reels. Furthermore, all wins that involve a Wild symbol will pay out 3x so a high-value symbol could result in a nice payout. They substitute for all other symbols in the game apart from the Scatter and Lantern symbols, and are available during both the base game and the Free Spins Bonus.
Free Spins Bonus. As with most of these type of bonuses, this one is triggered by 3 or more Scatter symbols, shown as an old chest, appearing anywhere on the reels at the same time during the base game. Jack ‘O’ Lector. This is a feature triggered within the Free Spins Bonus and is activated by landing a Lantern symbol on reel 5. This will unlock one of the following Wild features:

Halloween Jack slot from Netent is a good-looking game with a spooky time in time for Halloween. Netent have included a few features here which I quite like including stacked Wilds and Free Spins. I wish they did a bit more with the free spins feature, mainly that more were included to begin with but it’s certainly not bad. The re-spins work well with the Wild symbols and this can result in quite a few wins.
