Monopoly Bring the House Down Slot

  • A very strange Monopoly themed slot machine
  • Created by Barcrest, this slot can be played online and in the bookies with one of the highest RTP’s online (98%)
  • Houses fall in various positions on the reels, creating multiple winning combinations

Monopoly Bring the House Down is a fun Barcrest slot game released by SG Interactive. The slot features an excellent RTP online if you choose the Big Bet game, fun gameplay, and a chance of winning big! It never stops raining Wilds, bonus features and big wins in the Monopoly Bring the House Down slot, although it is a little confusing to start with.

The Monopoly Bring the House Down slot has 40 mandatory paylines. There are five low-paying card symbols in the game and they’re prevalent on your reels, and four silver figurines with much more generous pays, and the Wild is the highest-paying symbol. Wild is the House and it can get upgraded to a Hotel, just as you would on the board game. There is also a Scatter symbol that awards free spins if you land three anywhere in view, plus there’s a chance of a combined Wild/Scatter symbol. Big wins will happen in the free spins bonus, usually when Wilds get held, and Wilds can also get held in the Big Bet game if that’s one of the features that you unlock.

The paytable differs greatly between the normal game and the Big Bet game. In the normal game, wins pay in a normal way, multiplying your bet, in the Big Bet game this is not the case, and you’ll get a fixed win of 0.10 or 0.20 for a certain combination. This means you’ll be seeing animations that celebrate a 0.20 win on a 10.00 bet, however, it’s the Big Bet game that’s the superior choice as the percentage is increased, even on the FOBT version of the slot.

Monopoly Bring the House Down Slot

The Monopoly Bring the House Down slot offers a Big Bet game with various stakes per 5 spins, and the bigger stake will give you extra picks of special features. Other than budget limitations, there’s no reason not to choose the maximum bet with maximum features, as it doesn’t actually cost you, you just place a larger bet per spin, and you get a lot in return. With the maximum bet of £50 for 5 spins, you get to pick four out of eight possible feature cards, where you can get some extra spins, multipliers, held Wilds, or cash prizes. It’s certainly worth the stake online, however in the bookies the FOBT slot still has a maximum jackpot of £500, so the £50 stake is out of proportion to the jackpot size. I would recommended FOBT slots Big Bet (Mega Spins) games should be played on no more than £30 per game maximum.

As usual in Barcrest slots, the theoretical return to player (RTP) varies with your bet size. For bets under £2.00 per spin the RTP is 94.10%. For £2.00 and above the RTP is 96.10%, and for the Big Bet game it’s a very generous 98.10%. Barcrest don’t detail RTP for each of the four Big Bet options, but it is expected the biggest bet carries the best RTP, and if this is true and the £50 for 5 spins option has better RTP than 98.10%, it would mean this game is among the best-paying slots ever. But 98.10% is awesome too.

To conclude, the Monopoly Bring the House Down slot is an entertaining and potentially hugely profitable slot game that requires a certain playing strategy. Money can be made with this slot game as it’s one of the highest-paying slots, but only if you constantly play the Big Bet game with the biggest bet per spin. If you can handle a £10 bet per spin, this is definitely the slot for you.
