- A fairly simple slot from Kalamba Games
- Hyperbet allows you to add additional features
- Not a very fun slot with features seen elsewhere
Temple of Heroes slot from Kalamba Games is a new game that offers some familiar features with a Kalamba twist. You have free spins and expanding symbols, but more interesting is the hyperbet feature seen on other Kalamba Games slots which allows you to spice things up and change how the game plays. I’ll go into it in more detail shortly.
The design here is nothing special but it looks pretty decent overall. The theme is quite familiar with an Ancient Egyptian feel to it, but it does the job. There are 5 reels with 3 rows and paylines which can be increased. You need to get a win from left to right using the base symbols which are as follows, ranked in ascending order based on their value:
- 10, Jack or Queen (lowest value)
- King or Ace
- Blue Hero
- Green Hero
- Purple Hero
- Red Hero (highest value)

Temple of Heroes Slot Bonuses and Features
Wild Symbols. As with most slots, this one has wild symbols which are also the most valuable symbol in the game. They substitute for all other symbols in a winning combination.
Hyperbet. As you might have seen before in other Kalamba Games slots, you have the option here to use the hyperbet feature. This feature allows you to increase your stake in return for improvements. These improvements include adding a 6th reel with 20 paylines as well as a win multiplier during both the base game and free spins bonus.
Free Spins Bonus. In order to trigger this, you need to land 3 or more scattered wild symbols anywhere on the reels. This will award you with 10 free spins. During these free spins, a special symbol is chosen as the expanding symbol which can be any symbol apart from the wild.
Temple of Heroes slot from Kalamba Games isn’t the most original slot I’ve ever seen which is a shame, but it does have a couple of things going for it. For one, the RTP is just over 97% which is pretty impressive and not very common these days. Then there’s the hyperbet feature which makes this game stand out a bit, allowing you to change things up and increase the maximum win potential thanks to multipliers. The rest of the gameplay though is quite familiar, with a rather dull base game and a free spins bonus that offers randomly selected expanding symbols, something we’ve seen plenty of times before. All in all, I’m not sure this game will appeal to that many people as it’s just not original enough, but the payouts are pretty decent. You can see some of their other slots here.
