Zap Attack slot is a new game from Thunderkick with some big multipliers and the ability to shoot humans and turn them into aliens, something that’s actually a positive for you. It has a fun alien theme as you might have guessed from the title, and I think this is certainly one of the best-designed game from the developer. There are 5 reels to play on with 5 rows, giving you 25 pay lines. Just spin the reels and aim for a winning combination from left to right using the following base symbols:
- 10, Jack or Queen
- King or Ace
- Blue Man
- Purple Woman
- Pink Woman

Zap Attack Slot Bonuses and Features
Wild Symbol. Like most slots, this one has wild symbols and they substitute for all others in a winning combination apart from the scatter symbol.
Expanding Multiplier Wilds. Whenever these appear, shown as a UFO, they expand to fill the entire reel they land on with wilds. Additionally, they have a random multiplier on them of values 2x, 3x, 4x or 5x, but only if the symbol will be part of a win. Better still, if more than one of these expanding multiplier wilds is part of a win, the multipliers multiply together rather than add, meaning they can get much higher if you’re lucky. You can only get 3 of them at any given time, meaning the maximum multiplier you can get is 125x (5 x 5 x 5).
Free Spins Bonus. To trigger this you need 3 or more scatter symbols anywhere on the reels at the same time. Just 3 of these will give you 7 free spins, whereas 4 will give you 11 and 5 will give you 15. You can also win more free spins during the bonus, with as few as 2 scatter symbols, giving you 3 more free spins, but 3, 4 or 5 more scatters will give you 5, 7 or 9 free spins. During the bonus, the alien symbol, the highest-paying symbol in the game, can sometimes use its gun to shown any of the human character symbols. Each hit it collected in the meter, and the hits are done in order, starting from the highest value human symbol (the Sheriff) to the lowest value (the blue man). Whenever the meter reaches 10 hit, that symbol will then turn into the higher-paying alien symbol for the rest of the bonus game. You also get 1 extra free spin.
Thunderkick have produced a few slots in the past to use the mechanic of turning lower value symbols into higher ones, and this time they’ve done it in a very-well designed alien-themed game. It certainly stands out visually and looks great, with aliens shooting humans as part of the features too. It can take a little while to collect enough hits to turn humans into aliens during the free spins bonus, but it’s to play and can still be quite rewarding with a maximum win potential of up to 5,000x your stake. Overall, a slot worth playing in my opinion.
