- A fairly new online casino looking to make it big
- WinStar offer an interesting selection of sign-up offers
- A promising new casino that still has work to do
WinStar Casino is a relatively new online casino, established only in 2018. It certainly wasn’t the only new casino that year, so to make a big impact it’s important that they do a lot, and they do it right? Does WinStar do enough to make it worth your while? Keep reading to find out more.
Game Selection
The choice of games at WinStar is an interesting one. They have a few popular offerings like Rainbow Riches Leprechaun’s Gold slot and work with some big software developers including NetEnt, IGT and WMS. However, compared to many other online casinos the number of slots could certainly be better and you may not find the perfect game for you. On the one hand, it’s a bit disappointing but actually you’ve got quite a good chance of finding some new slots that you’ve never heard of and may enjoy. What about table games you ask? Well, you have quite a few of the popular titles like Key Bet Roulette, 3D roulette and of course European, American and French Roulette, but some of the more unique versions of the game will have to be found elsewhere.
Website
The first thing you’ll notice when you start up Winstar’s online casino is the loading page which appears whenever you go to a new page. It shouldn’t be up for long, but obviously that will depend largely on your internet speed. I don’t really like it and I don’t think many people will. The home page is a bit all over the place, with a mixture of slots, table games and sign-up offers. Underneath is a little sign-up box and the below that some of their new games. I’ve certainly seen better layouts, but you can at least search for games using the search bar at the top. It does work quite nicely on mobile devices so I’ll give it that but as I say, there are better designs.
Sign-Up Offers
One of the ways these smaller and newer casinos attract new players and compete with the bigger, more established casinos is by having enticing offers. For a start, there’s a £250 Bonus with 100 bonus spins, and you also get a £5 bonus when you bet £50. More interestingly though is the daily refund offer, where you get 20% back as a bonus if the house wins up to £40. An opt-in is required mind, and there’s a wagering requirement of 30x bonus amount. While these offers won’t appeal to everyone, I think it’s great that they’ve done something different and quite fun.
Customer Service
I’m pleased to say that WinStar Casino do have a good selection of contact options including email, phone and live chat which is available 24/7. You can very easily access these options at the bottom of every page which I really like, no fuss should you have any problems or questions.
Conclusion
WinStar Online Casino is a relatively new casino so you have to take that into account. That being said, in such a competitive industry you need to make a splash and I think they need to do more in this regard. The website could be improved to make the casino more enticing, and the selection of games needs improving to keep up with many other online casinos. What I do like is their selection of sign-up offers and members offers, helping the casino stand out. The customer service is also top-notch so there are no worries there. With a bit more time, WinStar Casino could prove to be an attractive offering but they do have a ways to go. Click here to check them out and enjoy their great sign-up offers.
