Paroli Roulette System

Paroli Roulette System

Also known as Parlay, this is the opposite of the Martingale system, with limited opportunity for loss. With a lucky winning streak, the Paroli Roulette System will have you winning big but the strategy requires risking all at each step.

How it works

A simple system for even chance betting where bets are placed on red/black, odd/even or 1-18/19-36. Win, and the bet is doubled. Lose, and start betting again at 1 unit. A losing sequence of bets will cost 1 unit each time, a streak of successful wins will result in large gains!

Here’s a scenario you may encounter:

Spin Bet Win/Lose Profit
1 1 Win 1
2 2 Win 3
3 4 Win 7
4 8 Win 15
5 16 Win 31
6 32 Win 63
7 64 Win 127
8 128 Lose 0

If in the example bets were stopped at 64, a profit of 127 would be made, but if a loss occurred at 128, all profits would be lost. While a loss leaves the player with nothing, the profit growth allows for huge wins if the betting is stopped at the right time.

But where does one stop? Some play an aggressive strategy where bets are doubled with a win until the table limit is reached. However, I would recommend taking the more cautious approach of limiting the progression to 3, 4 or 5 steps. While reducing the opportunities for big gains, this allows winning to be more frequent as the chances of a sequence of 3 consecutive wins is higher than those of sequences required in the larger progression steps.

Paroli Roulette System Benefits

A simple strategy that reduces the problems of persistent losing streaks as only the minimum bet can be lost. In some respects, this makes this strategy a safe one as losses are kept to a minimum. Consecutive wins also allow for profits to increase dramatically and fast!

The Disadvantages of the Paroli Roulette System

This is a risky strategy however, in terms of winning big, as the strategy relies on extremely rare, long winning streaks for those big profits. Losses occur frequently and just a single loss will result in losing any profit that has built up.

Conclusion

A strategy for those who are feeling brave, or perhaps impatient. Although losses are kept to a minimum, as with any all-or-nothing bet, winning can be infrequent and the betting frustrating.
